Tell us about yourself:

I have been in the coffee industry since 2014, starting as barista, and developing my knowledge and passion about coffee since then, right know I am head barista at Toño's Cafe Bakery and owners of my roastery CAFETO Factory. I am from Greece but I have been living in Panama since 2016.

What are you excited to do while you visit Busan?

I want to learn a lot about the culture, the food and to experience the city at its best.

What are your interests outside of coffee?

I love football, food and tennis.

Is there anyone you would like to thank or recognize or who helped you to prepare for the WBC?

I would like to thank my team, my Panamanian colleagues and the whole coffee people, from the farmers to the enthusiasts.
