I work at Rosso Coffee Roasters in Calgary, Canada. I have competed for 8 years in every competition except for brewers!

What are you excited to do while you visit Busan?

I'm excited to experience the historic sites and the fish markets!

What are your interests outside of coffee?

Outside of coffee, I'm still searching for new sensory experiences like fine dining, tea and spirits!

Is there anyone you would like to thank or recognize or who helped you to prepare for the WBC?

A big thank you to my team at Rosso Coffee Roasters, who have been incredibly supportive and have taken care of everything, allowing me to focus on the competition. I'm also grateful to our Canadian coffee community for their unwavering support. It's inspiring to see the passion we all share for great coffee!
