Tell us about yourself:

I first started working as a barista at the age of 20, and I first competed in a competition at the age of 23.
The biggest driving force that made me enter the competition was the explosive energy of the baristas standing on stage. Luckily, the neighborhood I lived in at the time had MOMOS COFFEE, which produced the 2019 WBC champion, which helped me greatly grow.

Currently, I leave the company and make a roastery containing my philosophy.

What are you excited to do while you visit Busan?

Busan is my hometown. I'm already excited to meet all the baristas, sponsors, tournament officials, and volunteers.

What are your interests outside of coffee?

Wine, cocktails, etc.

Is there anyone you would like to thank or recognize or who helped you to prepare for the WBC?

Thank you so much to my coaches, girlfriend, and so many people who generously help me with everything.
