Tell us about yourself:

My name is Alex and have been in coffee competition for 10 years, and now three times as the Norwegian national Barista champion in the WBC. I love the rush and appearing feelings standing on stage while presenting the best of what the world of coffee have to offer. I really enjoy yo discover what coffee have to offer in so many different aspects.

Most of my time goes to climbing, snooker and 3d printing adjustments or improvements to all the small thing that takes part in my routine on stage and in my everyday life.

What are you excited to do while you visit Busan?

I'm really excited to see the coffee scene in a different region of the world’s culture and foods.

Snooker, climbing, and 3D printing

First my girlfriend, giving me time and room chasing my dreams in coffee. Adrian Berg, a friend, coach and fellow coffee nerd home in Norway. My home team at Kaffebrenneriet in Oslo. The Norwegian Coffee people giving me inspiration, tips, and trust to be on this stage representing them <3
