Hey Everyone, I have been in the specialty coffee industry for almost 9 years and started to compete in 2017. The first national competition I attended and took 1st place in was the Roasting Championship. My first barista competition was in 2020 and took 1st place as well. Then, after one year of a break due to the pandemic, I got first place in 2022 again but could not attend WBC Melbourne because of some personal issues. And now I am so excited to be in Busan together with the world's best baristas as a 2024 Turkish Barista Champion once again. See you soon.
